Knauf Insulation’s Rocksilk® EWI Slabs
Knauf Insulation is proud to announce that its Rocksilk® EWI Slab and EWI Slab Plus have become the first and only insulation products to be awarded a standalone Agrément certificate by the British Board of Agrément (BBA) for use in External Wall Insulation (EWI) applications. This groundbreaking certification marks a significant milestone for the insulation industry and offers transformative benefits for system holders and installers alike.
Unlike traditional BBA Certificates for EWI, which are typically issued for full EWI systems, this certification exclusively covers the insulation slabs. This innovative approach simplifies the certification process for EWI System Designers, providing them with a BBA-approved insulation solution that streamlines their own system certifications.
